  • Do I have to pay for each attraction separately?

    No, all jumping prices include full access to all trampolines and attractions on the

    platform! Only attractions charged separately are our Space-Mission Laser tag and

    Arcade. Only participants must pay for entrance.

  • Where do I buy my tickets?

    We highly recommend buying your tickets online in advance to ensure availability and

    avoid wait-times, but you are also more than welcome to purchase your tickets at the

    park’s front desk!

  • Do I need to sign a waiver to jump?

    Yes, all jumpers must sign a waiver before participating. If participant is under 18 years

    old, a parent, legal guardian, or authorized agent must complete a waiver on their

    behalf. No exceptions. Waivers can be filled out online or at the park!

  • Do I need to sign a waiver every time I come to the park to jump?

    No! Upon initial completion, verified waivers are valid for at least a year!

  • Are the tickets refundable?

    No. Tickets are not refundable, nor exchangeable, nor transferable. Please be sure of

    the date and time you select before you purchase your tickets. Plan to arrive at least 30

    minutes prior to your jumping time!

  • Can I bring my own food?

    No, in order to maintain a healthy and sterile environment, we do not allow outside food

    on the premises. We have a variety of food & platter menu options available for

    purchase at our Mega Cafe!

  • Do I have to purchase MegaJump socks to jump?

    Yes, MegaJump Socks must be purchased in order to jump, You may purchase them

    upon first visit and bring them back for future visits, if clean and in good condition. It is

    important to maintain a clean environment for all our customers!

  • Can I jump with jewelry, watches, cameras, phones, tablets, etc… while jumping?

    No, jumping with personal items is not permitted. Please make sure to take off all

    jewelry, watches, studded belts, glasses, or anything that could potentially cause injury

    to you and others and/or damage the trampolines. Additionally, if loose articles are lost,

    we are not held responsible; please ensure your pockets are empty to safely enjoy your

    jumping time!

  • How long is laser tag?

    Our laser tag experience lasts for around 15 minutes. Laser tag arena fits up to 20

    players!

  • How can I make a party reservation?

    Party reservations can be made online, in person, or over the phone! We will gladly

    assist and provide you with our party package information, and our available dates and

    times slots

  • How long do standard party reservations last for?

    All standard party reservations last two and a half hours, (30 minutes Check-In, 1 hour

    of Jump-time, 1 hour of Party Room). You’re more than welcome to extend your Party

    Room time, Jump-time, or overall event time with our additional activities offered! Keep

    in mind, availability is not ensured for specific additions, so it is highly recommended to reserve your additional activities ahead of time!

  • How much do parties cost?

    Prices vary depending on the number of jumpers in your party, the amount of food and beverages ordered, and add-ons selected. Please check your local Megajump for more details! Party packages include pizza and beverages, depending on the selected package!

  • Can I enter in the party room upon my arrival?

    With a standard reservation, Party Room time begins after Jumping-time ends. If

    available, you’re welcome to add extra room time to enter upon arrival! Check out our

    party brochure for pricing!

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks if I have a party reservation?

    No, outside food and beverages are not allowed, but there may be some exceptions to food upgrades* Food and drinks are included in all party packages. We also have our Mega platter menu available.

    policy.

  • Do you have decorations options?

    Yes, we have a variety of decoration options from our signature Neon decorations to

    Custom-themed decorations!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    There is no penalty for rescheduling once the date or time of your event up to 7 days

    before the originally scheduled date, as long as it is rescheduled within the next 30

    days, but we cannot guarantee that any specific dates or times will be available. If the party is not rescheduled and executed within 30 days of the original date, you will forfeit your deposit. Parties canceled will lose their deposit. All park services and products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There will not be credits or partial credits on paid deposits, services and events for any reason.

  • What am I allowed to bring to a party?

    Cake and sweets are allowed for scheduled party packages! Although pizzas and

    fountain drink pitchers are included in all packages, you have the option to pay a fee in order to bring outside food and/or beverages. ($100 Outside food fee, $100 Outside beverage fee).

  • Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

    A deposit is required to ensure date and time confirmation for your party. Please contact your local MegaJump trampoline park for specific deposits and booking costs and timeline!

  • What happens if we end up having more jumpers than what we reserved for?

    No problem! If your party surpasses the number of jumpers reserved, a package

    upgrade (to the next package) would have to be done!
